G'day all
Been playing a bit lately with Elements to see what I can get up to and have ended up with this one - comments welcome -please- I have taken the original image, added a new Gradient-Fill layer, painted out the centre area, then added the text ![]() Feedback welcome Regards, Phil

IMO, the border is to large and distracting. The title is redundant, but the location text is appropriate.

I like the picture but don't care for the border. A large border like that would look good if it were a real mat mounted in a frame, on a computer it just doesn't look right to me. Like the way you controlled the lamps. The lamps look like bright lights shinning through the fog but with no blown highlights and not distracting from the rest of the picture. Did you control the the brightness of the lamps use the Gradient filter?
