Nice grey tones. The umbrella works as part of a triangle composition with the two men. The white surface to the right of the right man's elbow has some blown highlights. Those highlights also help balance the bright umbrella panel and the light/shadow line on the left man as well as add another triangle to the composition, so it's a mixed bag. Seems like a POV about a meter to the left of where this one was shot would reduce the left side heaviness of the composition. In my mind's eye I see this as a cleaner and more powerful image without the reflected building.

Good composition, shows me what a typical day in that part of the world is like. I like the building reflecting in the water, the clutter (IMO, not trying to start anything) is part of life in that area and helps show people finding ways to enjoy life despite their surroundings.
