I wouldn't recommend pointing at the sun too often- of for too long...!
Imagine the heat on the sensor...! |

okay it was a quick snap found it really awesome trying to take a pic of the sun with the clouds around i didnt want to take the pic directly into sunlight thats why i waited for the clouds. thanks for the advice really appreciated

Interesting concept. There are a few things that don't work however. The first is obviously the flare, and the thing sticking out of the right side of the frame. The things I like are the textures of the cloud, and the contrast in them on the right side of the sun.
