I certainly like the concept of the shot. What I think detracts from the shot are:
1) face in shadows - fill flash would have been great here
2) the open shirt
3) awkward body position of the subject

the idea and overall composition are great, person almost floating on a blue sky background.

As mentioned the person looks uncomfortable and we can see up his shirt. maybe you were going for that, but it makes for a less appealing image.


I do like the idea though and you should really give this a second go.
