Many distractions in this image...the person in the lower left as well as the flash reflecting off the glass. Also, the image seems blurry in general. Photos like this are a challenge. Best to use the highest possible ISO to freeze motion using ambient lighting. The person in the lower right taking a picture of the fish does add some interest to the image though.

I suspect a crop can help this one a bit. If you crop off most of the left the person in the bottom left will just go away.

Reducing the height may also give a better perspective. Go for a square crop rather than rectangular.

After that, as mentioned its not particularly sharp. Upping the contrast and using some sharpening tools will help here.

The flash is annoying also but could be tough to remove giving that its over a fishes tail.

Try brightening up just the person taking the photo also, they are very underexposed. some of this might be desirable but it could look better with a little detail also.
