Default In-be-teens

Every summer here in Huntington Beach about 200 young teens enroll in the Junior Lifeguard program providing both fun and fitness. I tried to capture a carefree moment in their schedule and thought a B&W treatment worked best. Shot from the waist to avoid distracting them. C&C welcome.

Nice in B&W IMHO could have been extended more at the top

You're right, of course, Musket but, as I said, I was shooting from the hip and hoping for the best while not wanting to call attention to myself.

Flawed POV. On cameras without an LCD that pivots at the top, one can get more keepers by shooting in burst mode with a wider focal length that would be needed if framing carefully. While learning this shooting technique, I found it very useful to shoot the first 3 or 4 pointing higher than I thought I needed, the next set at angle I thought was best, and the final set lower than that.
