This is a typical view looking down at the shore line in Acadia. I guess I have the "proud papa" syndrome because I really like it. I know that the waves are blown, but that does not detract for me.
So I'd like some unbiased openions on this one please.

I don't think you have used a wide enough angles/lens for the picture. It lacks the sense of depth and wdth that would give it an edge.

its a bit flat for my tastes as well.. the straight down angle and direct lighting are also to blame for the flat look as well..
