Welcome to the forums. You have posted to the forum for "real" critiques, so I assume you don't just want people to say "nice photo". Well, it is a nice photo, but it could be better, IMHO.
It should be a little sharper to start, and in order to convey movement, you should use a lower shutter speed as you pan with the car. The blurred background will not only add movement, but it will help the car stand out from the background.
If the car is standing still, then you need a shallower depth of field. You can get that by using a larger "f-stop".

i agree with Ron. also a lower shutter speed will give a bit of wheel blur to convey movement. as it stands it looks like it is not moving.

I think its a great shot but agree with surfnron. This is a sloppy edit but you get the idea of how the background and wheel blur give the sensation of movement and speed.
