I was just playing around with my new Sigma 500 DG Super flash on my XT and thought this picture turned out pretty nice (on my monitor, the colors are dead-on and the lighting is pleasingly soft in my opinion - maybe a tad underexposed, though). I bounced the flash off the white ceiling that was about 5 feet above the camera. I'm only looking for lighting comments on this one, it was not about composition or subject...just playing with the flash. All I did in PS was increase contrast and unsharp mask.

1/40 sec.

I like the warmth in this picture. The pink hues are tasteful and make this one "pretty in pink."
