get closer, shoot his head instead of his tail.. maybe try at a quartering to you type of shot.. so his head at you, then tail going away at about a 45 degree angle maybe?

as is, i don't think it works... sorry, but i figure you want honesty..

I agree with Dustin, this shot would be better from the front (not that a wasp is all that easy!). I also think it's a little bright for my taste, the white is so bright that it is distracting from the wasp itself.
