I'm looking for advice on how to improve this photo which from a technical point of view is of low quality (Canon D20, 24-105, f4 1/100) mainly due to the f4 which resulted in a foreground that is fairly out of focus. The photo, has however in my view mainy qualities due to the ligth of the setting sun, the raising full moon and the beautifull colours of the traditional Parisian winter polution in the horizon ! The trees to the left in the picture, in front of Louvre, areclearly out of focus and give to the photo an artificial spell that is far from attractive to my eye.

Has anyone advice on how toimprove this photo .
