Let's read the first one: The neat hi-tech buildings which, fortunately, have style makes a good match with the crisp blue tones of the sea and the sky, and the green little island makes a great contribution to the blue and green composition, reconciled by the white from the yatches. Already makes many Unique Selling Points!

i must be the only person who preffers the second one :?

i think its more balanced......thing what puts me off the first is there is a building right at the right hand side that i feel is too close to the edge and throws the balance out......??

thank you all for you comments in my absence. the reason for the tightness of the building on the right on the first shot is that there was something that i could not shoot around in the foreground right there that was very distracting.. i wish it had a little more room as well, but no matter where i walked (limited by water of course) it was still in the way..
