The original colour reflects the weather of the day. Making it too blue is pleasant to the eye but does rob it of what it really is. :G. Well done Kath. Regards. Jaki.

Kath, you must have been at the park in Monticello :-) We were there today and got many good shots. You were lucky to see some take off. I like your shot. Maybe just a little levels might help but, I think it is OK as is.

upped the saturation and contrast, and sharpened a bit. Throw it into your photo editor, try some of these things. I may have blown the whites tho...

Yeah, I'd say the whites are very slightly blown, but I think it really works here. I think that your image with a very slight tint of blue would look even. Maybe I'll do one a little later.
