It's a beautiful flower, but your rendering is under exposed. Manipulate it in post to get the most impact possible. Use manual exposure modes to get the exposure you want.

I think the shot is a nip under exposed BUT i would prefer this over an overexposed shot. It is really nice to see the detail right throughout the leafy bit(what ever you call it) as this bit in most cases would normally be blown out.

nice comp

oveall i think its a nice shot

all this could be taken care of with lighting.

a nice soft yellow light would make this baby shine!!!
