Default Paper

I just bought a Canon i950 photo printer and was playing with it....had some Office Depot premium satin gloss on hand so thought I'd try it. Pic turned out great (8 1/2 X 11) . The pic was emailed to me by freinds that just returned from Europe. I also just bought a Sony DSC-V1 cam and shot a pic today and it was great on same paper , I made a copy on Canon photo plus glossy (4X6)with great results too. I'm very happy with the Office Depot paper so far. If the OD paper works this good I'll use it....buy it on sale and save a few bucks....

Default i950 papers

I've just tested some Red River matte 8.5x11 and so far, it looks okay. I'm using the Canon photo pro settings and the detail is really fine.
I have to admit that the Epson 4x6 glossy papers seem to have better color redition.
However, I've not printed up any outdoor shots yet. I think those might look better (color wise).
The very best paper I've used so far is the Canon Pro sample 4x6 paper that came with the i950.

I looked for Office Depot premuim stain gloss on their website and could not find it. Does anyone have the stock number or a good url?

Thanks,
