I have a package of Epson 8.3"x23.4" (210mmx594mm) paper. I've since gotten rid of the Epson printer I printed to it with, and currently have a Canon Pixma MP500.

I simply cannot figure out how to set up printing so it'll use the full sheet of paper - I keep getting little 10" panoramas. When I found a program that allowed me to tell it a custom paper size, it told my my printer couldn't handle that size.

I'd dearly love to be able to print on this paper again; there's a local photo contest coming up and one of my entries is a panoramic image.

Any help in cajoling my Canon printer into printing panoramic (or banner) would be wonderful.

I've tried with ThumbsPlus, Photoshop Elements 2.0, and the Canon software that came with my new Rebel XTi.

Thanks for any help!

I have not tried but I read some where that on can print pnoramos through thid part software as Canon does not support large panoramas. For free you can try 'irfanview'its a freeware.
