Hi

I own a Canon IP4200 and I've had it for a while now. I always used Genuine Ink, however this last time I bought compatible ink from eBay. I followed the instruction on how to remove the chip from the genuine cartridgeand place on the new compatible one. I only changed the3 color cartridges. Then when I put the new Cartridges in the printer I wanted to print a test page, I received a message saying

"Some ink Tanks are not in place. Confirm that the following ink tanks are installed in the appropriate positions. Yellow [8]"

I tried pressing the middle button for over 5 seconds and nothing happens the message still appears on the screen, I even tried reinstalling the software but I still get the same error. And now I can't print anything asI recieve that mesaage everytimeI want to Print something, so please I really need some help any help will be really appreciated, I tried reading some of the other threads but none of them seem to have information on the error I'm getting. And btwI'm in Australia.

Thanks in Advance

Sivan
