[align=left]Just found this forum whilst browsing - Tried the method suggested to reset the R300

(Press - Power - Stop - OK ) It worked OK! but there was a helluva screeching noise (like a ratchet running loose ? ) when it was performing the task. -- Is this normal ???

I wouldn't think so, but it's not unusual for those mechanisms to emit horrible noises from the gear train.

My R310 has done it several times — it's nerve-racking, but so far hasn't seemed to do any harm.

u have r310 printer ?
i aslo but i have one problem with them it showing ganaral error
how can i solve it
