Default Cleaning an Epson 820

Hello folks a question for you guys, My Epson 820 is leaving streaks of black ink on the back of prints. What is the best way to clean the rollers ( I am assuming it is coming from the rollers). I have tried using rubbing alcohol and q-tips...however it is very difficult to get the rollers to spin while the print heads stays at the side...any suggestion, I need to make double sided prints so they have to be very clean.

Any Help.

Try making it feed a piece of paper while you have the qtip on the roller. Also use windex rather than alc because it does'nt eat up the plastic.
