Default Epson 2200

Hello everyones,
I am using Red Rivers ultra pro satin, Polar satin and ultra pro gloss papers to print my pictures.
However, I looked on my son picture(35mm film) printed on Kodak glossy paper, the picture is like invinting me to look at it for ever.
Do you know any paper that I can use with my Epson printer 2200 that will give the same result as Kodak glossy paper from 35mm negatives?
Thanks

Hmmm the best paper I've seen work on the 2200 is the Epson Premium luster paper and the Semiglossy paper.

Yeah but for Glossy paper comparable to Kodak on 35mm film, do you know any. I tried the Red Rivers Ultra pro gloss but the print is dull, no life in the picture. Those Photographic paper company need to do some home work here.
Thanks

Trust me and try a sheet of luster paper you will find the shine and reflections produced on this paper will achieve the desired prints you are looking for.

The 2200 uses a pigment/dye based ink which works well on glossy papers but not as good as a straight dye based printer will. Thus I reccomend these inbetween glossy matte papers for the 2200. What you may try is just picking up a little Epson photo 820 or 825 and doing your ultra glossy prints on that since those printers use the dye based inks.
