Default Epson Print cartridge chip resetter?

I own a Epson 785epx and I'm very happy with its photo printing. I chose to refill my colour and black ink cartridges my self. Its alot cheaper and I like the picture quality better then Epson's ink ( I find the colours come out more realistic)
My question is, with the Epson cartridges there is a chip that has to be reset after you run out of ink and refill it. If it doesn't then it doesn't recognize that the ink level is full. Doesn't anyone where I can find a chip resetter or even the schematics on how to build one ?
Any info would be appreciated

dcass,
Have used aftermarket cartriges with no problem. Also have seen empty cartrigage taken out and put back in then indicate "full". Last read somewhere about some kind of problem when you refill Epson, did not pay attention as I do not refill.
Good Luck,
Gary

Default reset cart,

The reset is easy. With the machine on hit the orange cart. change button. Install NEW cart. hit button and let it cycle.
Now under the print head is a small lever that allows you to move the printhead. Move it forward with a small knife or whatever will fit in there to move it. Do not turn off printer.
Put your refilled cart. and move it over.
It will now work. You can also remove the chip off a black full cart and put it on a colour to make it show full then using the proceedure above remove the cart and then put the old chip back on it. Move it back in place and it will show full.
There is also demo software available that can be used to make ONE chip read full. Just do that to an old cart and keep that chip.

WOrks for me. YOur mileage may vary. But I doubt it.
