:angry::angry:

[size=1st, I would like to apologize in advance if my issue has been addressed. I have looked all over on the forums but I have yet to find an exact answer to my frustrating situation. I have a Cannon MP830. I have refilled the OEM carts and they have been working fine. Well, eventually the PGBK has been indicating that the ink was low.

Ok, so I know how to override the printer status that pops up on my computer screen. Also there is no issue the printing or copying of documents.

Here is the issue.

When receiving faxes, there is a message on the small LCD screen on the printer that says low on ink. Well, no kidding. The document that is being faxed is being stored in memory. I can MANUALLY get it to print by toggling thru the menu but it will not do an auto print when receiving faxes.

Is there ANY WAY AT ALL to override the LCD message and allow the faxes to come in and print automatically. Any suggestions would be greatly apprciated.

Just when I thought I had really figured out how to bypass all the roadblocks on this thing, I run into this.

Thank you kindly]
