Shipping with the i960 printer is the latest version of Easy PhotoPrint and Easy- PhotoPrint Plus, a web-printing application called Easy-WebPrint, PhotoRecord, PhotoStitch, ZoomBrowser and ImageBrowser. This version of Easy-PhotoPrint Plus has borderless photo printing for 4"x6", 5"x7" and 8.5" x 11" paper sizes. The printer driver features a Photo Noise Reduction function that helps reduce speckle noise often found in blue areas such as the sky. To further enhance your photos, Canon has developed additional software technology designed to reduce red-eye problems and smooth out facial imperfections. Easy-PhotoPrint also includes Exif technology and is available for Windows and Mac.

You might be able to specify a custom paper size setting and then manually turn on the borderless printing.

Haven't tried but it may work...

The reason the answer is no is because Canon doesn't make an 8x10" size paper. Only their standard paper sizes are available if you click on the "Borderless" option. Printing non-borderless you can set a custom paper size though.

Of course with any good photo editing/printing application you can size your image to 8x10 and print it on letter size paper and then trim accordingly for a borderless 8x10 print.
