Hi Jerix,

The R230 is the Australian model number for the R220, which in turn is similar to the R200 so these instructions and links should help:

There's usually a small block of foam/sponge like material sitting in the plastic channel that guides the tubing. If you look for something about an inch or so long, and half an inch wide, sitting in the channel.. you should be able to lift it out using some tweezers or similar and find the tube underneath.

A lot of the information that's written about the R300 on this forum
(ref: http://forums.steves-digicams.com/forums/view_topic.php?id=51595&forum_id=40)
... will be useful so you might want to read up on there and look for photos in particular as they'll doubtless help.

Good luck
