For some reason, my printer is NOW printing with a blue green sheen on all photos? This is from Picasa program. Never had a problem before. Same paper same everything. Did nozzle cleans and checks etc. Is it because it's an upgraded picasa program?
Bizarre. HELP!

Have you pulled each ink cartridge and checked the output pad for cross contamination?

No, I have not. Will that show mixtures of color?

When I print a blueish snowy landscape photo it is now aqua green haze.

....ok...I just looked at each ink holder and the only thing I noticed was that the pink magenta was not 'locked down' all the way. Just fixed it and will try print.

thank you

I am not sure what the 'output' pad is or where it is.

I know what the output pad is now. No, there is no cross contamination. My ink is used often so I don't think any are old. I just printed. Same aqua green hugh on grey blue snow/landscape photo.
