Hi,
I recntly upgraded my PC, new motherboard, processor etc. After re-installing the CX9300F I find that the various displays which come up when you are printing [ink levels etc] have vertical bars instead of text in the various boxes. I've deleted the printer and re-installed but to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas on asoultion for this problem?
Also find that there are vertical lines on photos, I've run the head clean but the problem still exists. Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Finally managed to find an EPSON Tech support number for Australia [1 300 361 954]. Tech suggests that the vertical line problem on the various displays when the printer is operating are the result of installing the software without disabling the Firewall and Virus Scan. Tells me I need to remove all Epson software, disable the wall and scan, then instal. Will try it a bit later today.
