I am unable to find the info on your site(search overload) about how to deal with the problem I am having. I have some matte card stock from Charettes that originally I was able to print some tickets I designed for a gardening tour and now I cannot? It will not feed. I can print on other paper but not the heavier card stock which of course I was able to do before. Very frustrated.
Thanks, mary

Welcome to the forums.

I'll move this thread down to our Photo Inkjet Forum, where other members with this printer may be able to give you some tips (how to adjust it for paper thickness and/or clean rollers, etc.).

Are you using PC or Mac? The driver software and interface are different for each.

If PC, are you sure your paper type is set for heavyweight paper? You may also need to clean the rubber feed rollers.

I have a mac I solved the problem by using the individual sheet feeder in the back. I tried every possible combination for the multiply sheet feeder but I couldn't get it to go.
