Default Help Please

Can anyone offer suggestions as to purchasing a new printer? I would like to get an all in one for convenience but not a necessity.

Thanks for your time

I recently got a Canon PIXMA MP990 and it has been nice so far. Also there is currently a rebate available until 3/31.

Thanks for your reply. I would think with all of the people on this site that some more would have something to say about what printers they like or suggest. The only reason I was thinking of the Kodak was because it was supposed to be more affordable as far as purchasing ink. I currently have an HP that prints really well but the ink is killing my wallet.

The Epson AIOs are all I've used for years. The cartridges are much less expensive and you can pick up a refurb directly from Epson dirt cheap with free shipping. Mine have given me outstanding performance.

If you just go with OEM cart and cost per print is important to you then you should go with Kodak printer but the image quality is no way to compare to Canon, Epson or HP printer.
If not, then you should go for older Canon printer for refill or new Epson Artisan 810 or 710 ( around $170 on sale) with Ciss or refillable cart with good ink. You going to get beautifully print out of those.
Or with $200-$250 on craiglist or ebay, you could get a pro printer canon pro9000 mark II just for photo only. You will fall in love with what print out from this printer. IMO.

I gave up on HP printers, they have gone way down in quality. I would go with a epson or canon.
