Canon MX330

I have been getting an error "paper jam" because the rollers have ink on them (used a refurbished cartridge instead of new) and the paper will not roll properly from the feeder tray. Does anyone have info on cleaning, greasing parts, etc or know how or where I can get it serviced in the San Diego area? Any help is much appreciated.
