Default People pictures are grainy with i960

I just bought the i960. Landscape photos are unreal. The problem I have run into is with portraits. I have printed some pics which I also had done at WalMart and the home version shows a lot of grain in the skintones. They look OK from a distance, but you can definetly see it from 2 feet away. I have tried both the Photo Paper Pro and the Kodak Ultima. Any tips on adjustments I should make?

Both those papers you are using can have pooling issues where the prints look grainy. Go to Best Buy or CompUSA or a place like that and pick up a pack of the letter size Photo Paper Pro or Photo Paper Plus Glossy.

If it does the same thing on that paper, let us know and we'll talk again

Enjoy your printer!
