I'm curious if you i960 printer owners leave the printer on all the time or turn it on when you need to print. I have an older Macintosh computer system and the old Epson Stylus Photo is always left on and this seems to work best for that system. I have my Canon linked to an iMac which I also leave on most of the time. Thus the question...javascript:emoticon(':?:',%20'images/emoticons/confused-smiley-017.gif')

I use the i960's auto power on and auto power off feature. It turns the printer on when you start printing, and then you can set a time for the power off. Pretty handy.

Okay... I found that setting. I clicked auto power on and auto power off. Now, do I leave the power button on on the printer? Right now the green light is on.

This topic is a little old, but to answer the question. Yes, leave the printer in the ON mode.
