The same function is available in Canon Labelprint software also. I am having both printers Epson R200 and Canon Pixma IP5000.

I figured it out,the Canon Labelprint software is not bad at all.

One of the same people involved in the Ebay auctions.

$20 for the Canon tray (just the tray) , shipping included (I think).

Shipping is not included, but not over-inflated either like one of the ebay auctions on there right now. $15.00!! for shipping?! Geesh.
BTW the only time a Auction for a Canon cd tray is placed is when a Canadian needs one as I can't accept international cc cards.

Chousden,
Do you still have in stock for $20 shipped? I'm located in Dallas, TX (75025).

I can vouch for Chousden's CD trays - OEM Canon. I bought one and it works perfectly.

I phoned PartsNow yesterday and I was told that the tray was no longer available. Has anyone else heard this?

I've been following this thread since page 3 or 4. Its nice tosee the cooperation that made this all possible. Congratulations and thanks to all that managed to work the cd printing issues out! Now all I need is a tray....hmmmm.

After numerous attempts to make a tray out of carboard I tried Canonfodder's method of using a dvd case.. Didn't have a second one for the bottom layer so I tried using a sheet of premium glossy 220 weight photo paper I had on hand. It worked like a charm. I've already printed 15 or more dvd's already. Thanks guys for all the info.
