I have found differing information about the maximum paper length that the ip5000 can handle. Most sites say 14", but some say that the print driver allows up to 23". Anyone tried to print 23". Thanks.

Hi,
No one responded as yet, so will take another plunge in tryin' to help (sure someone will, given time). Try Steves ip4000 review (very similar to the ip5000 apart from 1 pl resolution). Photo-i does a review of the 5000.

Cheers, Dave

I have read steves review and in it he mentions that the ip4000's driver allows for up to 23" long paper, but I don't see that mentioned anywhere else, including Canon's website. So I was wondering if anyone had any experience printing on paper that long. Thank you for trying to help, I should have been more specific.

Just an idea - get on to a Canon web site, if you register with them (free of charge) you will be entitled to all sorts of utilities and be able to E-mail em' with any questions - hope I'm helpful.
