I'm getting very fine scratches (abrasions, maybe) on Canon photo paper pro with my new iP5000 . They are only visible under good light and from a slight angle. I always use the highest quality settings when printing photographs. Any help with this, please and thank you.

I see some light scratches if I use the bottom tray for photo paper. Top loading has not shown this so I use that for photo paper and the bottom tray for regular paper. Other than this I've been very pleased with this printers output. Great photos for the price!

Dog-on, I meant to include in my post that I am using the top feed for photos. Thanks for the reply. I wonder if I have a bad nozzle??

Could it be there is some dust on the feeder and that is scratching the paper rather than a printing/ink problem?
