I select Grey scale and the prints come out with a green tint, uncheck grey scale and come out with a magenta tint... I really would like them to just be b&w... Tried 3 different computers and still ahve the same problem... Using elements 3.0...

Any ideas, need help

If you are using Canon ink and paper I would suggest printing a nozzle test and looking at it closely. If there are any gaps run a cleaning cycle. If that doesn't clear it up contact Canon.

If you are using other than Canon inks all bets are off. If the colors are even slightly off you get a tint when you mix the colors to get grayscale. Even non-Canon papers can give some shift. Sometimes the ink makers have a profile you can use.
