In trying to print two sided labels (cd case insert), I had discovered that the back side is offset from the front both side to side and top to bottom. It is fairly significant (about a 10th inch). Is there any way to correct this?

I haven't mastered that one my self... I've noticed an offset in my rear paper feed, not an amount that I can measure easily but enough that full prints end up slightly askew. Anyhow... have you tried using the opposite feeder?
