Default i950 color control

I just bought the i950 and am very happy with it so far. Yesterday someone gave me a picture of their grandsons playing in the snow to print. I took it into PS and brightened it up to get the snow white (it had a blue tint to it) but when I printed the picture the snow was still blue. How can I get the snow to print white? I don't care if its with a setting on the printer or by manipulating it in PS. Thanks in advance.

You could try a color balance adjustment in Photoshop. You can warm up the picture by moving the upper slider toward red and
the lower slider toward yellow. You may have to experiment to see how much to move each slider.
