my epson styllus R210 ink and paper button are continuously blinking, what should i do? i tried turning it off but once i turn it on it's blinking again, i dont have a manual for troubleshooting it.

It depends on how they're blinking -- might be paper jam, cartridge problem, waste ink pads full, none of the above...

Let us know the sequence and frequency.

Do you get an on-screen message as well?

Later edit (wasn't on the machine with the info on it earlier in the day):

From the R200 service manual:

"Maintenance Request

Power: Off -- Paper: Alternate blink 1 -- Ink: Alternate blink 2

This error is detected when the value of the Waste Pad ink Counter A set in EEPROM reaches its limit (Variable between 20000 and 46750 points."

If this is the error you have, then the waste pads require to be changed and the counter reset by an authorised Epson service centre.

For a quick, easy and cheap do-it-yourself fix, scan through the longest Epson thread in this forum --- it's a long one, but a worthwhile read.
