I printed the template out at the right size, pasted onto a card board, made the holes and put aluminum foils in, then did everything yet still the printer won't take it. It pulls it in and then a few seconds late pushes it right out. What am I doing wrong here???

I attached a scan of my cd tray. Please help me..

It helps if the whole thing is black, or at the very least the nose. The alignment reflectors sweep fore and aft, then left to right, and I "think" your printer is confused because it's seeing white reflecting in the wrong spot.

That diagram works "perfectly" well if printed with everything black except the reflectors.
