Default Can I get photos from an Epson 777?

Hi,

I have an Epson 777, and generic glossy paper (66 lb.)... does anyone know of the "right" settings to print for a photoquality job? I've gotten a few high quality prints before, but I don't remember the settings, and I can't afford to keep guessing. Many times, I find that the dark colors come out "over-inked" with big blotches.

Thanks for the help!

Jeremy

Actually I have used this printer for photos from time to time. Its not cheap but it really does do a great job at it.

I usually just set the printer for glossy film to get the best results.

Thanks for the tip! I wasn't sure what they meant by film, so I never tried that setting... generic in is only about $7 for both cartridges, and frankly, I find I'm getting some pretty decent color with them
