Independent , Unbiased Opinions sought:-

There has been some discussion recently in another thread regarding these carts and their suitability for use in Chipped Pixma machines. If anyone has used this type in a Chipped Pixma machine can they relate their experiences , good and bad ,here please.

this includes empty carts for re-fill or carts filled with compatable ink.

In the interests of objectivity those who manufacture or distribute these types of cart should not offer their opinions or promote their purchase.

It is appreciated already that these carts will need chips transferring to them from original Canon CLI8 carts.......

I and a few others are most interested in how the majority have got on with these carts.

One place to check for input on these is the nifty-stuff forums. There's been some discussion there on problems with the spongeless design.

I'd be happy to test out some spongeless designs if anyone wants to send out some samples (I'll happily return them after a month or so) I'll give them a run in an iP4200 I have spare for the purpose.
