Default Can 780 ink work in the 820

I have alot of old 780 ink. Is there any way I can make it work in my new 820? the cartridges seem the same.

Dont think so,, according to epsons web site the 820 uses T026-201 and the 780 uses T008-201
Plus am looking at the box my new cartridge i got from Epson for my 780 and it doesnt show the 820 just the 780/785epx/870/875DC/875DCS/890 now this is the color cartridge, not sure about black cartridge.

No, the 780's cartridges won't work on the 820. 820 has it's own cartrides.

Sell them on Ebay you may not get full money back on them but hey you'll get something. Or you can try taking them into office depot and see if they will give you teh store credit for the ones you want to get.
