Anybody have a reasonable solution for creating text on a path in either Elements or PS 7?

I know I can "bend" the text lines using the "warp" feature, but I was looking for something more free-form that would allow me a little more creative freedom.

Thanks

Becky

mmm not sure if im on rigth lines with what your wanting to do but is this any help

after you have typed what you want, rasterise it then you can work on it, get the square selection tool and drag it round any letter so just the one letter is selected, now go to edit/free transform and you can grab a corner of selection and make it bigger or smaller and u can also rotate it, and finaly if u then click in middle of free transform u can drag it about to any desired place

Gary....prob barking up the wrong tree !

If you wish to convert the Text in Path.. the method is like this:-

1) 1st type in whatever you want to type on your document

2) Go to Layer --------------- Text --------------- convert to path

3) Delete the text layer you will see the path of your text

4) Press "A" or select the "direct selection tool" and give your text whatever shape you want to give
