Default Help! Problems Opening RAW Files in PS CS

I recently purchased the P.S CS upgrade to work with RAW files. When I open a RAW file, the "Camera Raw Dialogue Box" is quite large and is cut off on the right hand side. I cannot see the "advanced" option, half of the historgram and the adjustment sliders on the right hand side are also cut off.

Why does this happen?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is there a way to adjust to the dialogue box so I can see everything?

I've read the Adobe PS CS manual over and over and I can't find anything there to help me. Can you help?

I adjusted the screen resolution and now I can see everything. Never had that happen before. Problem is all text and images are much smaller than what I'm used to.

you can adjust the text sizing in your display properties for your video card under the General tab and Display.

You may wish to consider using dual monitors.
