Thanks, shoturtle, for the info. I just downloaded, installed, and tried DeNoise 5. I guess I don't know how to use it yet -- I see it has a new feature called "Debanding" -- because when I tried version 5 on my HS photo, it actually added bands. I may have to tweak the Debanding sliders.

jgredline, my license for Denoise 4 worked for Denoise 5. Their homepage also says:

"We emphasize constant product improvement and a great customer experience through free updates and world-class support"

so you should be good to go.

Also, if you decide to upgrade to the bundle, their website (https://www.topazlabs.com/store/) offers upgrade options where you pay the difference between what you paid for the individual product and the bundle. Not sure if the 30% coupon would apply though but you can always call.

I got my bundle yesterday when the $30 coupon wasn't out yet. But as a matter of course, before I buy anything online, I search for "xxxx coupon". I found one for 15% which came out to $28. I don't think I'd lose sleep over $2...

VV

the debanding is really meant for shots in high ISO. I ran some 12800 and 6400 through it and it work well. But the big thing is the process time for the photo.
