When I change my image the width and height changes in document size. How can I prevent this. I wanted a 5x7 and the numbers keep changing on me. What options do i have to change?

well, it automatically changes the height, to keep it from being stretched, or flattened..

to get it to be perfectly 5x7 you'd have to crop a bit of the height...or just print it 7x5.watever-ps-picks-for-you

I use Photoshop but I got a feeling there going to be the same. Open your image then Get your crop tool and then in the top tool bar type in 5 in the height field and 7 in the width field and then hold down your cursor and draw it out over your image. (if you mess up just hit the escape key to undo it). You can grab the ends of the crop (where the little boxes are) after you have drawn it out and resize it to where you want (it will still stay 5x7 demensions or just click inside the crop box and drag the crop to where you want. There may be a small triangle that you can click on in the top left hand corner that will already have some size presets made up for you in there. Also if your resizing images in the image/size dialog box if you have (constrain proportions) on it will keep the image from stretching in weird ways on you.

Hope that helps. :-)
