Does anyone know if there's kpt6 trial version ?

Probably it doesn't exist anymore now...
i was really looking for the "sky effect"inside kpt6. i saw some example and it seems to be very impressive.
Do you know if in alternative there's some filter like that (kpt6 is very expensive)...

You suspect right that it is not available anywhere.

There was version 5, 6 and 7 and now the only KPT available is the KPT Collection, which comprises the 'best' from all three.

Alas, no sky effect filter included.

Just in case you want to have a look at the collection, there is a copy on eBay for $41.00 including world wide delivery (from U.K.) Here

Any old copy of Bryce will give you unlimited sky possibilities with many fractal engines... Sort of a terragen, 3d programm, but if you only focus on creating sky it should be plenty easy. Hey, it's Kai's stuff too, so expect weird round buttons and dials and sliders with no labels :blah:

Worth having a look if you chance upon a copy.

Since the OP asked 4 years ago I expect he has given up now I use Aurora 2for this and it is much better that the old KPT offering.
