After everything bad I have read and heard about printing directly on a CD or DVD or the Inkjet labels giving problems I'm glad I just use A"TDK" CD Marker pento write the Title and information on My Disk's.I have even heard not to use a "Sharpie" because that with enough time the ink in those can give trouble. It is really hard what to believe what is safe to use anymore with all of the rumor's and different information floating around.

I went to the Sharpie web site and was trying to find information on using a Sharpie to print on CD's and the answer was YES. They say in their FAQ section that they asked some CD & DVD disk manufactures about writing on the disks with one of their pens and though non of the manufactures really ever tested them they have never had a problem because the manufactures use Sharpies to write on their own cd's when needed. They did come out with a CD marking pen though. Go to www.sharpie.com
