Default Kodak Easyshare Software

Anyone having trouble printing with the Kodak Easyshare Software? I am trying to print 4x6 photos with Kodak Premium 4x6 paper and the prints will not cover the entire sheet. It's kind of like my printer is trying to use 8x10 paper. I also have some Kodak Ultima 4x6 paper that has a border around it. This paper prints fine after selecting it in the Onetouch menu. There is not a setting for the Premium 4x6 paper. I've tried to use each 4x6 setting in the Onetouch software with no better results. If I choose 4x6 index paper in my printer settings then the Kodak software gives me a error about paper size. I have emailed Kodak but have not heard back from them Any help would be greatly appreciated since I have 75 sheets of this paper. Well minus the ones that I have wasted.

Printer is HP 1220C if that is any help.

Sounds like your printer doesn't
support borderless printing.

8) I can only say that I use the Kodak program with good success. I find it much easier than other programs I have like PS7. I have only printed 5x7's and 8x10'x though.

I am having the same problems and error messages regarding paper size. I am using the Canon i850 and don't have a problem when I use their print software. I would like to know how to fix the Kodak problem. When I tell it 4 x 6 paper it still shows 8 x 10. Don't know how to change that. Any luck with Kodak as of yet?
