How can you tell if you're double profiling your printouts.?

I've heard this term mentioned and from what I've read I could possibly have been having this problem.

cheers

Mart.

The problem usually is that the print doesn't match what you see on your screen.

The issues comes up with you use software that can apply its own profile and you use a printer (like the 2100 you have) that also has its own profile.

For example, if you set PhotoShop to apply a profile for the printer and paper... and then you have the printer apply its own profile for the printer and paper... you'd be applying a profile twice. And this will usually give you really bad results.

If you're getting good output, you probably don't have the problem.
